Vision List on Vision OS is only available via the App Store. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you choose to share within our app. This policy outlines what information is handled, how it is used, and your choices and rights regarding that data.
1. Information We Collect
As a purely local app, Vision List only collects information you actively input:
- Notes you enter
- Task dates added to the built‑in calendar
- Task Status
All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or access this data externally.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your notes and tasks solely to run the core functions of Vision List—managing, displaying, and reminding you of your entries. No additional usage analytics, processing, or profiling takes place.
3. No Data Transmission
Vision List does not:
- Transmit any of your data to servers
- Use network connections for analytics or advertising
- Include third‑party SDKs that collect data
Your data never leaves your device, in stark contrast to services that rely on cloud or external analytics .
4. Security
All data remains encrypted and sandboxed within Vision OS. However, broader device security (like passcode, biometrics, or system updates) is your responsibility. We strongly recommend enabling these device-level protections.
5. Third‑Party Services
Vision List uses no third‑party services—no analytics, crash reporting, cloud sync, advertising, or social login. It’s completely self-contained .
6. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. Since Vision List does not transmit or share any personal information, it is safe for all ages .
7. Data Retention & Export
- Data is retained on the device for as long as you keep the app installed.
- You can uninstall the app at any time to remove stored data.
- No account creation or external export capability is provided, reinforcing local data ownership .
8. Your Rights & Choices
- Access & Correction: You can access, modify, or delete your notes and task entries at any time directly in the app.
- Data Deletion: Uninstalling the app permanently removes local data.
- No Marketing: As we don’t collect emails or contacts, you won’t receive newsletters or promotions.
9. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Any material changes will appear here with a new Effective Date. Since no user contact info is collected, changes won’t be directly notified—you can review this policy before each update .
